Default Can't seem to remove a date from this template

I'm using this Template...

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...423431033.aspx

On the first Tab I can't seem to touch, change, delete, do anything to the
Date that appears in the top right corner.

Best case would be for me to change the format to just Month, year. Next
best would be to reomove it all together. Either way I just don't want it to
display today's date.

thanks,

-Joe

That date is part of the whole header/footer shape, which is grouped. Select
the group by clicking once on the date. Go to the Edit menu and choose "Open
Border Contemp.". Then, double-click on the date to highlight it and edit or
delete it.
