Mary it was the same as the manual for MS Works 3.0. Was an awesome
publication.


I still have that, along with the Windows for Worgroups 3.11 OEM manual. I
preferred the Windows one myself

I have to admit still taking out my Works 3.0 manual out at times to look
something up.
Not often mind you, but probably twice a year.

A small child turns to Ed, and exclaims: "Look! Look! A post from Mary
Sauer !"...
Gee Ed, you must have gotten that manual when you were a wee little
babe.


My very first computer (unless you count the Spectrum+) - 1994, came with
WfW 3.11 and Works 3.0.
I threw it out a couple of weeks ago after it started spontaneously
rebooting. Well, I threw out the chassis (because it was awful), and the
PSU, mainboard and processor, because it was a P66 and was no use to anyone
(and the PSU was an AT, not an ATX)

If I've done the math correctly, you were six?? Self-taught? The first Windows was a
bit daunting. We still have the floppies. Along with every DOS. Some things one just
can't part with. If you ever need "Bank Street Writer" let me know...
