Default outlook contacts

I have a computer which died. I moved the hard drive to an enclosure and can
access if from another computer. I want to recover the contacts and emails
from the hard drive; however, i can not run outlook on the hard drive and
'export' the data to PST's. If anyone can share the solution, it would be
very helpful.

Your data already exists in a PST file.
The only program that can access a PST file is Outlook.
If you "cannot" run Outlook you cannot access your data.
