Default drag and drop data from standard form into custom form?

I have employer contacts in a folder with standard Outlook XP contact
forms. I keep their job postings in another folder with a customized
contact form.

I have been tediously copy/pasting contact data field by field into a
custom form when an employer calls with a job posting...

I would like to be able to import or drag/drop the whole contact form
into the job folder and have it appear in the custom form, and go from
there. Is this, (or something like it) possible, and if so, how could I
set it up or go about it?

BTW, thanks for the great advice and info I have recieved here so far.
I hope I can return it someday.

p.s. similarly, I would like to be able to quickly convert all the old
job ppostings into the new format in one sweep...

It's possible, but it's something you'll need to write a little Outlook =
automation code to accomplish.=20
