Default How can I send various individual contacts to my co-workers?

I wish to send some of my contacts to some of my co-workers. What do I need
to do to send them and what must they do to add them to their contact list.?

I had to set up email to be in "rich text". I found the instructions under
the title "How do I send my contacts in Outlook to my boss' computer?" Very
good instructions.

Thanks!

you can also put your pointer on the name from your address book and drag it
to your email which will then become a attachement. when it gets opened in
outlook by the reciever than they can save it to thier own address/contact
list.
