Default outlook pst files

hi - i would like to know how i can transfer saved pst files on a hard drive
to another computer. when i click on the pst file icon it ask what i want o
use to open it with. i select outlook 2003 however i'm unable to get it to
open or save.

can you please give me directions how to do this.
