Default Cannot find the 'database' for Forms Wizard

New to Access. Need to create forms. When I log onto Access, I do not see
where the database is to create forms.
Can someone provide me the steps?

Default Cannot find the 'database' for Forms Wizard

Frank,
Select the Forms Tab, and then select New. Several options come up, one
of which is the Form Wizard.
