autonumber error
my "ID" field counts from 1 to 2 in the scend record just fine, but, when I
go to the 3rd record "(autonumber) pops up and the form navigation will not allow me to create a 4th record.

Very strange. We probably need more information to figure it out. Try doing a

Mediatalker,
Have you actually entered data into the 3rd record? What you are describing is the default behaviour for Access.
