Default Search for Contacts

When I type a name into the search contacts field i get a pop up message that
says "Outlook could not find the requested contact". This happens with all of
my contact searches. What should I do to make it work?

Default Search for Contacts

Assuming you've typed an entry for which there should be a match, just
configure your Outlook Address Book Service correctly. Specific instructions
cannot be provided since you provided no information.
