Get Rid of Relationship Among "ID" fields
I have several tables with an "ID"autonumber field. There is no
relationship between the ID in one table and the ID in another... I use the autonumber just to determine the order records were added in. When I look at the relationship window, there is no tie among the "ID" fields, but as I add the tables to make queries, it automatically ties the ID fields. How can I get rid of this?? Thanks in advance. |

Get Rid of Relationship Among "ID" fields
Go to ToolsOptions and select the Tables/Queries tab. Uncheck the Enable
AutoJoin option. -- --Roger Carlson MS Access MVP Access Database Samples: www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Want answers to your Access questions in your Email? In Access 2003, at least, this is controlled by the option "Enable AutoJoin" on the Tables/Queries tab of the Tools - Options... dialog. -- Dirk Goldgar, MS Access MVP www.datagnostics.com (please reply to the newsgroup) |
