Is there a way to insert more than 1 row at a time in a table in Word?

Yes. Whether you use Table | Insert | Rows Above/Rows Below or the Insert
Rows command on the shortcut menu, Word will add as many rows as you have
selected. If you select four rows, for example, it will add four rows.
