Create a search folder that includes all your folders. It will not span PSTs,
however.

Sorry, how's that? How do I create a search folder? And what does PST's mean.
Sorry, I'm really new to Outlook.

Look for "Create a Search Folder" in Help. A PST is your Personal Folders
file, the file in which Outlook keeps all your Contacts, Calendar, Notes,
Tasks, Journal, e-mail, etc. All your folders are in that one file. You
created one when you installed Outlook.
