Excel cannot complete this task with available resources.
When we try to open this particular file from any PC on the network we get
this error "Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data...". We are using Excel 2003. I tried installing service pack 3 but no luck. It doesnt even open with Excel 2007. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks.

In addition to that I must say that the file size is 530Kb and is password
