Default Visio files in Word

I've actually asked this question in the "Visio" area of this site with no luck so thought I'd try this route (I apologize if the same people view both areas)

The problem is..... I've created a template in Word with Visio charts in it. The user is to doubleclick on the drawing (launching Visio) fill out the information (it's like a flowchart style drawing). Once they fill it out the Exit and Return to Word. What's happening is on "some" people's machines the drawing closes and goes back to Word fine, on quite a number of other machines, the Visio drawing is coming back larger and bumping it on to two pages.

I'm assuming it's a setting "somewhere" but I'm not sure where or at what end (ie, Word or Visio). I "think" I've compared all the settings you can and they all seem to be the same. Could there be something else that's causing the problem that could be easily fixed? It seems very odd to me that it would work fine for some and not for others - anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for your time.
Beth
