Default Every document I open in Word has a graph??

Every time I open up a document in Word, new or old, there is a full-page
graph that looks just like graphing paper. How do I fix it??

These would be gridlines. They can be removed, but how depends on your

On the View tab, clear the check box for Gridlines in the Show/Hide group.
