Email and Fax Contact in outlook 2002
Hi,
anyone know how to hide contact in outlook 2002 ? I have a contact that got a email and a fax.. is there a way to only see 1 contact (email) in the ( chose names ) windows when this one have both the fax and email ? ex: If I create a new mail and do ( TO: ) I see 2 names from this contact. I would like to see only the one with the email and not the Fax. abc.... (fax) abc.... (email) Thx |

Your choice a 1) put the fax number in some other unused field. 2) delete the fax number from the contact record. 3) Prefix the fax number woth some character string like "F" so Outlook can't tell it's a phone number. 4) Buy an add-in like http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outloo...ax-Numbers.asp that does this stuff automatically in a controlled fashion. -- Brian Tillman |
