Default Print 11x17 page

In Word 2003 I need to print an 11x17 page that has 3 tables. I have set my
paper size to: Custom size and set the width:11 and height:17. The margins
a Top and Bottom:.2, Left: 2.05, Right: 2.06. When I save my margins
settings I get the error "One or more margins are outside the printable area
of the page" (I selected to ignore). When I view the page in print layout
view the left side ruler shows the page at over 16 1/2 inches and I can add 3
tables to over 16 inches on the page, however when I view the page in print
preview it only shows the first 2 tables which is about 12 inches down on the
page. First, Is this the proper way to setup a 11x17 page? and second, How
can I get word to print the whole 11x17 page. Thanks!

Can your printer actually print 11x17? If you have to set that size as a
custom size, then probably not.

The printer attached to my PC can not, but I do have a printer in my office
that can print 11x17.

Then you need to install the driver for that printer on your local machine
and have it selected as the active printer when you choose the paper size.
