Error Message "Corrupt table - find it and repair it"
I received a message similar to this in a doc filled with tables. Have you received such a message and know how to find the corrrupt table in Word so it can be fixed?
Thanks |

Error Message "Corrupt table - find it and repair it"
Delete half of the document and save it with a separate name. Close and
reopen that document and if you error message is gone, you know that the problem table is in the half that you deleted. If it's still then, repeat the process (delete half, save, reopen) If the message is not still there, go back to the original document and delete the half that you did not delete the first time and save it with a different name. Eventually as a result of this process, you will end up with a document that only contains one table that gives you the problem. -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Chris" wrote in message ...
