Using Report Wizard in Access, ActiveX component cannot create obj
I am trying to use the report wizard to create a new report, as I have done
many times before, and the error message "ActiveX component cannot create object" comes up. I have repaired the database, repaired Office 2003, reinstalled Office 2003, checked and installed updates, and the database works fine on other computers. Anyone got any ideas? |

Hi Deborah.
I assume this started after installing Office 2003. Try installing a generic printer driver to your lpt 1 port, even when one is not connected. Hope this helps.
