You posted this request to a technical support newsgroup for the
database program Microsoft Access.

Nobody who is reading this question has any idea which website or
image you might be discussing. Very few people from Microsoft
Corporation even READ this newsgroup, and the people who would be able
to grant you that permission certainly don't.

I think you need to find some other way to submit your request; this
newsgroup is NOT the correct venue!
