Default Multiple contacts list

How can I establish two or three Contacts folders (i.e. one as a general one,
one for all my contacts in Dubai…) then whenever I get back to Dubai I do not
need to look too many number of contacts that would be shorter list, and I
could do the same for work contact in the UK.

If it is possible, then can I have the extra folders to be shown in the left
handside panel

Regards,
Adamo
