How to export MSN/Hotmail contacts and import to Outlook (2003)?

I easily found out how to take my contacts form Outlook to MSN/Hotmail, but I
can't figure out how to go the other way. The critical step being how to
EXPORT from MSN. So, I contacted MSN and the email response I got was rather
unhelpful:

"Thank you for contacting MSN Hotmail Technical Support.

"My name is Joy and you mentioned that you need the steps on how to export
your contacts to Outlook. I understand the importance of managing your MSN
Hotmail account such as exporting your contacts to Microsoft Outlook.

"Eric, after reviewing the information you provided, I have determined that
the Microsoft Outlook Support team can best address your issue. You can
contact them by visiting this link: http://support.microsoft.com/out2003

"Please accept my apologies for not being able to assist you fully. "

blah blah blah.

I have queried the MSN , Outlook, and the general MS knowledgebase on this
topic, and haven't found any pertinent answers.

Help? anyone?
