Default how to export csv file to custom form

Hi,

I have an excel spreadsheet that has my contacts and some custom fields. I
also created a custom form in outlook. I want to know how to import the excel
spreadsheet into that custom form. I looked all over the place with no
answer. I appreciate your help.

Thanks

The Outlook import/export wizard does not support importing/exporting any
custom fields (with and without custom forms). You'll need a 3rd party
solution. There are 2 ContactGenie products that provide that capability.

Is there any other way?? A more easier, (and free) way of doing this??

Unlike exporting where we do know of a free option (and always include it in
any applicable response when CG is mentioned) don't know of any free
products that import data into custom fields (especially using custom
forms). You can always search google for alternatives or write your own
code.
