"eReference Embedding - unknown application version"
I installed Microsoft Office 2003. Since then whenever I open either Word or
Excel I get the following error: "eReference Embedding - unknown application version" The error is related to having installed previously the American Heritage Dictionary 4th edition that has an add-in for office applications. I installed the patch for office offered by Houghton Mifflin Company but the error continues. They do not provide support for the problem. Therefore I unintalled the dictionary but the error continues! Any suggestion?
