Default Printing company name on labels

When I use the 'Envelopes and Labels' utility, I choose an individual from a particular company to print on the label, but it only prints the individuals name, not the company name. For example, if you wanted to send a letter to Bill Gates, you would want the label to read:

Microsoft Corporation
Attn: Bill Gates
555 Bedford Road
Tacoma, WA. 12345

NOT

Bill Gates
555 Bedford Road
Tacoma, WA. 12345

Can anyone help? TIA.
