I need to print a blank form in Access 2007.
I have a form created in Access 2007. I need to print out that form but it
won't print. When I check print preview it shows a blank page. |

Forms are similar to reports when it comes to printing in this respect. They print in a "banded" fashion. The form header prints once per print-out as does the form footer. Page headers and footers print once per page (obviously) and the details section prints once per record. No records, no detail printout. Either make a screen capture and print that or temporarily allow your table to contain one completely blank record for the purpose of making the print- out. Or temporarily bind the form to a query that produces the output of a blank record. |

Do you have criteria? That must be satisfied or removed to pull up a record.
Try adding one record that has a space in a text field. -- Build a little, test a little. "Connie" wrote: I have a form created in Access 2007. I need to print out that form but it won't print. When I check print preview it shows a blank page. |
