Searching 2 worksheets

I have 2 worksheets with Old and New data. Rows vary(5000
to 8000) but columns are the same. With the same data in
col A in Old and New etc. The relationship is Many-to-Many
with duplicates in both. I need to fish out the records
where they are the same in each worksheet. Where Old recs
are missing in New and the opposite. Assistance is
required. Suggestion please.
