Default 'Text to Columns'

Hi Folks,

I have a question.

When I 'Text to Columns' the string '04/19 07:26 04/19 07:28' (which
contains dates in MM/DD format), it converts the date to '1/04/2019'.

Is there any way to stop excel from converting the date?

Thanks for your help.

Doug.

Hi Doug,

On the third screen of the TextToColumns dialog, the column format may be
selected. One option is a datae format and within this option, you can
indicate the date format of the data to be converted
