Want to make my Ctrl key on the right side of my keyboard function as a Tab
key.

There is no function in Word to allow you to do that - and it is likely to
screw up a whole raft of Word functions if you do, however it should be
possible to remap the keys on your keyboard. Use your favourite search
engine to search for instructions on remapping keys for your operating
system.
