import excel email address
Hello:
I have a list of email addresses in Excel. How do I import them in OL and create a distribution list around that grouping without typing them individually? Thanks. Drew laneir |

import excel email address
This looks like an excellent solution but I keep running into a roadblock.
Fist I create the Excel spreadsheet and name the fields. Then in Outlook, I chose Import and select my Excel file. However, in the section of the wizard that asks me to select a destination folder, there is simply a blank. There's no folder list for me to choose from, and the wizard won't go any further. I'm using Office 2003 on a computer running Windows XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Andre |

Old thread, and you didn't quote any posts. We have no idea what "looks like
an excellent idea." What are you trying to do? What precisely are you doing? Did you name the range in Excel from which you want to import? -- Russ Valentine "Andrea" wrote in message ...
