PPT 2003 Color Scheme to Match PPT 2007 Theme
When I open a 2003 PPT file in PPT 2007 I notice the theme colors do not
match the original color scheme exactly. Do I have to manually set the colors to match in PPT 2007. It places the hyperlink & followed hyperlink in the last two slots, and makes new colors for Accent 3,4,5,6. I need the PPT 2007 file to follow the original scheme, any additional info on compatibility problems would be appreciated. THX! Fritz. |

PPT 2003 Color Scheme to Match PPT 2007 Theme
You'll have to create a scheme in 2007 that does what you want and then
apply it to the PPT file. As you've seen, you have more options in 2007 for the colors, and they don't exactly map 1:1 with the 2003 color schemes. So go to the Design tab, choose Colors, then Create New Color Scheme and make one that will mimic the 2003 color scheme. Name it something meaningful. Then when you open the PPT file in 2007, go to Colors and choose the color scheme you created. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2010? http://www.echosvoice.com/2010.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "fritz78" wrote in message ... Looking forward to them, Fritz! (Don't forget, the nntp groups may be
difficult to access after a few more days, so you may need to ask at http://answers.microsoft.com We'll all still be there, too, though, so no worries.) -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2010? http://www.echosvoice.com/2010.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "fritz78" wrote in message ...
