how can i write mathematics equations
I am math student. I want to write mathematics equations (such as
integration, derivatives,...) in word document. In task bar there is nothing that i can use for math. My office programme is office 2003. Could you help me? |

You can use the Equation Editor. This is part of Office but is not installed
by default. To see whether you have it installed, go to Insert | Object | Create New and look for Microsoft Equation 3.0. If that entry is present, then you have EE installed. You can make it more readily accessible by adding an Equation Editor button to your toolbar through Tools | Customize. If the entry is not present, then go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office, and click the Change button. In the first page, select "Add or Remove Features." On the next page, expand "Office Tools." Select Equation Editor and set it to "Run from My Computer." Click the Update button, and insert the Office CD when prompted. -- Suzanne S.
