Default Recurring meeting originator no longer with company

Hi there,

We have a recurring meeting that is scheduled with a small group of people
(about 20). The meeting originator is no longer with the company and I need
to know how to do two things:

1. Allow another user to take ownership of the meeting and become the
"originator"

2. Cancel the meeting all together and have it removed from everyone's
calendar.

We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 (Although I am running
Outlook 2007 for testing). The originator's AD account still exists, although
disabled and her Exchange mailbox has been deleted.

Thanks for any help!!

Debbie
