Default How to create a group in my contacts list

I am using Outlook 2003 and was wondering if there was a way to create a
group within my contact list. I don't want a distribution list because if
someone does not have a email address then they can not be included in the
distribution list (right?). Please help! Thanks!

outlook doesn't support groups - you can use categories and group by
