Spell checker problem in Outlook 2003
I am using Windows XP Professional, Outlook 2003 with Word as the mail editor. When I access Word directly i.e. not when creating an e-mail the spellchecker works as expected. However when I access Word by way of creating an e-mail the spell checker does not work in that it does not identify errors as I type.
If on completing the message I then force a spell check it responds saying the spell check is complete except for areas marked as "Do not check spelling or grammar." I have checked the language settings and went in and ensured that the spell check is set correctly. A colleague who has the same set up is experiencing the same problem. Has anyone come across this before and/ or can offer any solution? Thanks in advance Alan |
