Can't see list of macros

I run a report and email to our team. I then run a second macro on the
report. If I run the second macro before I close out of it, I can select the
macro. But if I close out of it and re open the report, I cannot choose the
2nd macro or use the short cut key. I have to re save the report before I
can select the macro. This problem has just developed. Donna
