Auto Archiving

I am trying to setup auto archiving on our domain by using
domain policies. I found a outlook template that enables
auto archiving but it doesn't enable archiving for any
subfolders. Can anyone help me out with this issue or
does anyone know how to enable auto archiving domain wide
for all folders in outlook?
