Default Top fold cards

Thank you, it works perfectly except that the cards are 5.5 w and 4.25 high and I print in landscape mode. The way you explained it and if I followed it correctly, which I think I did I only get one card per sheet. How do I get the second card with its own name?

Select custom, input 3.25 width...4.5 height Click, Change Copies Per Sheet, change
side margin to 4.75, top margin to 0.5. Horizontal Gap to 0.5, vertical gap to 1.0.
This will put one card on your screen. Adjust the margins in the arrange menu, select
two rows, this will give you a center line.
On the bottom half put the merge preference in the text box. Do the same on the top
half, only rotate it 180 degrees.
Should work...

I didn't know if you were using the landscape or the portrait template.
Do this:
When you put the template into Word, select all and apply a grid line. Print this out
and measure the card. You will find the physical card template is actually 4.5 x
3.25.

So in the setup, custom, landscape, 4.5 wide x 3.25, side margin .5, top margin 4.75,
horizontal gap 1 inch and vertical gap .5.

Default Top fold cards

Thank you again.
May be I am not explaining myself well. I need the 4 cards. The template is fine now. What I need to do is having the left card top and bottom with one name, and the second card top and bottom with another name. In other words each card is to have its own name, the top logo and text box are turned 180 degrees so it prints correctly. Maybe this is a question for Excel? I just don't know how to merge so that it comes out that way.

Default Top fold cards

Maybe I am the one who is not explaining well. When you do a merge, you can only have
one card on your screen, this is why you set the page up the way I advised. If you
can see both cards on your screen then the merge will not work, both cards will have
the same name...
