Allow recording a birthday without a year

Regarding birthdays, in many cases, the only information one has, or that is
relevant, is the day of the year, not the year itself. Outlook 2007 cannot
accommodate this case; it must assign a year in a Contact's birthday field.

To record birthdays without a year, I could choose a flag year such as 1900,
which would mean "year unknown" to me, but of course this solution is
misleading to anyone who doesn't know the convention. It would be much
cleaner if Outlook would simply offer and allow a null value for the year.
