Default Excel 2000 - PivotTable Sort and Top 10

I have just purchased this Micosft published book
Accessing and Analyzing Data with Microsoft Excel. I am
currently on the Pivot Table section (Chapeter 4).

One of the statements says "On the PivotTable toolbar,
click the PivotTable menue and then Sort and Top 10".
Where do I find this as my PivotTable menu definately
does not have 'Sort and Top 10'

In Excel 2000, right-click on one of the field buttons, and choose Field
Settings.

Click the Advanced button, and you'll see a dialog box with the Sort and
Top 10 options.
