Default Suggestion for Micrsoft re Access forum design

Suggestion: When you have a website such as this forum, make it when you
click on a link it usually opens the page that you clicked for instead of
very often going to an eternal hourglass or " service unavailable." message,
If you are not sure how to do / source this, I could provide you some
example url's of web sites that work and possibly you could get some tips
from them. I could also give you the names of some software companies that
have web site design products that might help you accomplish this.
