Default Export from Excel to Outlook Contacts

Hello,

I would like to know if it is normal that every time I import the workbook
to my Contacts folder, only the contact of the first line of the workbook is
not exporting properly.

Thank you.

Did you mean to say that "only the contact of the first line of the workbook
IS
exporting properly" (instead of "is not"). If that's the case then the most
likely
cause of your problem is that your named range within Excel is not set
corectly to include all the rows you want to import.

Otherwise, if your statement is correct then what exactly do you mean by
"it's not exporting properly?"

Karl,

I meant that the contact on the first line is NOT exporting properly; well,
it gets exported but does not show up in the Contacts. The range has been
selected properly, etc.

Thank you.

Is the first line in your worksheet a "header row" or actually the first
contact to be imported. In any event, also see reponse to your other msg
dated 9/22/04.
