Default Lost Contacts, Calendar etc. when switching CPU on network

We are on a network and Outlook is supported by Microsoft Exchange on our server. All e-mails etc. were stored on server. After setting up a new CPU for a user upon opening Outlook a message came up wanting to now about setting up new shortcuts etc. I mistakenly hit yes. Upon opening, all contacts etc for this user were gone. Can anyone tell me if hitting yes, permanently removes the old folders for this user or is still somewhere on the server. I looked on exchange, but am not savey enough to find out if that detail is still there. If it is still available, how do I retrieve it?
