Default If Service Pack 2 is installed, why do I need to install Service .

Got a message window while E-mailing a power point application stating to
upgrade with Service Pack 1. Question: Service Pack 2 is already installed.
How is Service Pack 1 an upgrade?

There is no Service Pack 2 for Office 2003 yet. Office and Windows have
seperate Service Packs
