Default Quick way to add inbox and cc email ids to contact list

I am using outlook 2003. I want to transfer all contacts from whom i receive
emails and the contacts in cc list.

For example: I will receive mail from ,
, so on and there will be people added in cc list also.

I want to export all the mails ids into contacts of outlook.

Is there anyway it can be done in a shingle shot. I do not want to go to
each mail and right click on email id and click on 'Add to Outlook
Contacts..."

If there is already a thread exists please let me know. I did searched for
this question, but did not find.
