Default simulate css/html font stacks in Word styles (2003)

Hi
Is it possible to set which font(s) to use should the one specified in a
style not be available on a particular machine?
Also is there an interface for defining styles via mark-up/text, such as
appears when you hover the mouse over a style in the panel? (eg: "bullet:
body +indent: left: 0.3cm, hanging: 0.7cm, tabs: 1cm..." etc)
Cheers for any insight
