How do I create a membership roster in booklet form using Microsoft
Publisher. I want to import names and addresses from Excel.

You'll do a Mail Merge into the publication but I'm not sure if that's what
you wanted to know.

You need to use the catalog merge.
What version Publisher are you using? The catalog merge is only available in
2003 & 07.

Lots of help here. This article is for 2003, but it is the same in 2007. This
how-to article is better than the 2007.
