Default How to display more items per day in monthly calendar?

I use the monthly calendar view in Outlook 2003 to manage my schedule but I
often have more items in a single day than will display in the box for that
day. How can I display more items per day in the monthly calendar view?

Due to the size of the grid, you are limited in how many items display -
you'll need to use a daily view to see more.

If your problem is the weekends, you can decompress these days in VIEW -
ARRANGE BY - CURRENT VIEW - CUSTOMIZE CURRENT VIEW - OTHER SETTINGS - uncheck
the box COMPRESS WEEKEND DAYS.

in the 2003 Outlook version, more than two entries would display ....I think
the 2007 version calendar took a step backward
even in the "day" view, it is necessary to scroll down to see all the
entries. there needs to be a view that would capture all entries

Window elements - previous and next buttons and month name section & dates -
waste enough space to affect how much you can see. The row the
day/week/month buttons are on is slightly taller too - it was the calendar
title row in 2003 so its not new, just bigger.

Default How to display more items per day in monthly calendar?

In Outlook 2007 it seems virtually impossible to add see more than two
calendars items for a particular day when in month view. I often have 5+
things scheduled per day and it would benefit me incredibly to see things a
month out and see what is scheduled for each day. I had decided to give up
on the possibility of existing since i couldn't any settings / view changes
that would enable this. Then I saw a video training on Outlook on the
microsoft website and it shows a monthly calendar with multiple calendar
items within view on that front calendar page.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

What screen resolution do you use? Is outlook at full screen? How many rows
of tool bars?

At 1024x768 with Outlook at full screen with 1 row of toolbars, you should
see a minimum of 3 items. (http://slipstick.me/jing/3appt.png ) If you turn
off all toolbars, the status bar and hide the taskbar (or put it on the
right) you'll get 4.

If you want to see more, you need to use a higher screen resolution or show
fewer weeks - see http://slipstick.me/2wk for the method.

I used to be able to increase the number of daily scheduled items beyond the
usual four in Outlook 2003 by printing the monthly calendar. If I remember
right sometimes six or more items appeared in the print version. So far when
I print Outlook 2007 monthly calendars, I only get two items each day. Is
there anyway to increase this amount for the monthly view? If none of this
works, I'm going to have to start using a paper calendar.
