Dear Sir/Madam,

How can i create a database file which inclunding lock data ? (such as
MSysObjects ? )

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you create an Access database, the
system (MSys) tables/objects are created automatically.

I want to create a table which inclunding data that the user can not edit and
modify also the structure of the table.

You may wish to post your question in the security newsgroup. If you only
wish to hide the table from "honest users", you could prefix the tablename
with "USys", as this is treated as a system table and not shown unless that
option is selection in Tools.
