Default Half fold card in Publisher

I guess I am doing something wrong. I want a top fold, half size card. I go
to File, page setup, select folded card, top-fold, and set my width and
heighth, set to Landscape, and ok. My project is sideways, how can I get it
so that I can view it on my screen correctly? And how can I set my margins
so that my graphics print to the bottom of the card? I am getting there but
not there yet!

--
Thanks,,
Kim

When you select top-fold, page two, or the screen on the bottom of page 2-3, will be
the inside right when you do your folds, page 4 will be the inside left. If you want
a colophon, put it on page 3, Publisher will automatically print it correctly, you
don't have to manually rotate the colophon.

If your printer limitations doesn't allow printing to the edge, then you can't.
If you want your image centered on the page, calculate your printer largest margin
limitation and input this number for all four sides in the arrange menu.
